maybe we are throwing a party or invited over to a party at our friends home

we want to contribute a so delicious dish but have been super busy and then the

OH CRAP! moment hits........I forgot to prepare the appetizer for the party

No worries  you can whip up this easy 15 min. guacamole recipe that will knock your guest socks off

Tasty Guacamole recipe:

                        Ingredients:

                                                     4 Avocados

                                                     2 Tomatoes, diced

                                                     1/2 Onion diced

                                                     1 Mango, diced (optional)

                                                     1 Tbsp. (Fresh) Cilantro, chopped

                                                     1 Tbsp. Jalapeño Juice

                                                     1 Clove Garlic

                                                     2 tsp. Lime Juice (fresh)

                                                     1 tsp. Salt

                                                     2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:

Cut the avocados in half and remove the core..save one of the cores, (see *TIP). Scrape the pulp into a medium-sized bowl using a spoon.

Use a fork to mash the avocados and stir until they are smooth.

Add the mango, tomatoes, onion, garlic and cilantro. Stir all of the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed.

Stir in the Lime Juice and the Jalapeño juice.

Add the salt and pepper and mix well.

Serve with your favorite brand of tortilla chips

*Tip to keep your dip from turning brown: If you make your guacamole a few hours before the party, put an avocado core in the bowl and cover it. This will help prevent your appetizer from turning brown. Store the guacamole in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve!

So now in 15 mins you have whipped up a so delish dish that everyone will love and who says you can't look like a June Cleaver

I hope each one of you have a fantastic Labor Day weekend!

Until next time,
